About Me

Since a young age, I pondered life deeply and had an interest in metaphysics and self-development, leading me to a Master’s Degree in Metaphysical Sciences (M.Sc.) from the University of Metaphysical Sciences (UMS), as well as other certifications, including Clinical Hypnotherapy and Past-Life Hypnotherapy.

In 2008, I joined the International Academy of Consciousness (IAC) in Los Angeles and volunteered there as an instructor and volunteer manager for over 10 years. Through this non-profit organization, I gained experience in teaching out-of-body experiences (OBEs) and consciousness science, as well as supporting educational programs and events. In addition, I translated IAC books from English into German to reach our international audience.

While going through a personal life crisis facing my own mortality, I started to research near-death experiences (NDEs), past lives, and the afterlife and thus expanded my knowledge in this field. It was my search for healing and interest in what happens after death that inspired me to write.

My first book Death is Not the End got published in December 2016 and received three International Excellence Body, Mind, Spirit Book Awards in 2017 (winner in the category Death & Dying; winner in the category Out-of-Body Experiences; and finalist in the category Afterlife).

Death is a topic that is not as freely discussed as other subjects, yet it concerns all of us at some point in our lives. By sharing another perspective on death, including spiritual and practical approaches for exploration, I desire to ease people’s fears around their final transitions and help them cope with a loss.

Speaking engagements further took me to expos, conferences, and bookstores in the US and Europe, including radio and podcast interviews, and a four-part feature film on health and healing called The Staff of Mercury

Current interests of mine are in the field of mind-body medicine and neuropsychology. I also have a paralegal degree and worked for over 17 years in administration and cultural affairs.
